Shipping Policies:

FunCopters uses USPS Priority shipping for its shipments. Other shipping methods may be used for bulk and/or special orders; such alternate shipping will be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the start of shipment.

FunCopters will ship within the USA. Orders outside of the USA will be handled by special request.

Shipment will occur on most items within 3-5 business days.

FunCopters reuses and recycles cardboard boxes and other shipping supplies in line with our policy of preserving the earth and our natural resources.

FunCopters is not responsible for slow, delayed, damaged or lost shipments.

Although we try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, we reserve the right to change our shipping rates policies at any time.

Payment Policy:

FunCopters accepts online credit card payments and PayPal™ payments. Business checks and invoices may be accepted with the prior authorization of FunCopters for special and/or bulk orders. No COD payment will be accepted.

Refund Policy:

Item returns must be made within 14 days of the sale. Please email us at returns@funcopters.com or call us at (734) 274-2284 if there is a problem with your order.

Returns must be on the basis of our not fulfilling the order placed on our website, with all original components, paperwork, in the original shipping container, and accompanied by receipt of sale.

A return will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued by FunCopters.

Delivery confirmation is recommended to ensure your package was received.

Shipping, applicable taxes, and return shipping fees are not refundable.

FunCopters reserves the right to change its refund and return polices at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this website.
